* 3. MRCI is calling on the Government to change the current Work Permits system to:

1. Provide migrant workers with access to any work after 2 years (currently 5).

2. Give immediate rights to family reunion & the right to work for spouses and partners.

3. Provide all workers, including those who are undocumented, with equal access to the Workplace Relations Commission (where workers can bring workplace issues).
