African-American Board Leadership Institute Application
Thank you for applying to the United Way of the Wabash Valley's African-American Board Leadership Institute's second cohort. We are excited to continue this new initiative and looking forward to recruiting our next cohort. Our goal is to increase the number and broaden the participation of African Americans in leadership roles in the Wabash Valley.
The program will meet in person from February through July on one Saturday a month from 10 am-2 pm. To create an engaging and cohesive cohort there is an attendance policy that states for program completion we allow only one communicated absence in the 6-session cohort.

Your application will be reviewed in early January and you will be informed by the end of January if you are accepted into the program. There is limited space and we are seeking a diverse group to learn together and from each other. Thank you again for your interest in this program and we will be in touch!
