* 1.      In consideration for allowing me to participate in this activity, I understand and agree that Toyota Motor Manufacturing, Indiana, Inc. (TMMI) and Team Member Activities Association (TMAA) will not be held responsible for any injuries or illnesses that occur as a result of my participation in this activity. 
     I release TMMI and TMAA, and their parents, affilates, officers, agents or representatives from all loss and liability that may occur or be claimed as a direct or indirect result of my participation in this activity.
