VN DPG Speaker Sponsorship Application

The Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group (VN DPG) will consider sponsorship of speakers selected from the VN DPG Speakers Bureau for events hosted by regional and state dietetic organizations pending available funds. 

You will be notified within 4-6 weeks if your request has been accepted. VN DPG sponsorship must be recognized in your organization's marketing for this event and post-event evaluations of the speaker must be sent to Ashley Q Lombardi MS, RDN at Aqbritta@gmail.com.

8.Please select 2 Speakers of your choice: primary speaker (A) and a backup speaker (B) in the event of a conflict(Required.)
9.Requested sponsorship amount. This must include the speaker's travel fees as well as speaker stipend (speaker stipend should be based on your organization's policy regarding stipends). Sponsorship amount cannot exceed $1000. An itemized budget is required (e.g. speaker fees, travel expenses, etc.).(Required.)
10.Name, email, and mailing address of treasurer of organization.(Required.)
11.Please indicate availability of VN DPG exhibiting at your meeting, if funding is provided
12.Approximate number of attendees at meeting.(Required.)
