Calvary Baptist Church Skills Survey

According to Scripture, every person is uniquely created by God, and every believer in Christ is spiritually gifted by the Holy Spirit to edify the church. This means that every person in the church—young and old alike—is essential to the proper functioning of the body of Christ. You may already be serving in one or more ministries. We want you to know that your ministry investment is so appreciated and so needed for the sake of the kingdom of God.

We have had new people joining us who are looking for ways to serve. And there are many of us who have been serving here for years who might be able to serve in new ways for God's glory and for the good of the church. Very often we are looking for people with certain gifts and skills to serve in a new ministry, but we don't always know the unique skills and abilities God has given you by his grace.

Therefore, we are asking that every church member fill out this skills survey, even if you’re already serving in certain capacities. Having this information at our fingertips will assist church staff and leaders to know where best to equip and help you to serve in current ministries, as well as prepare the church for future ministries as the Lord leads.
