VIPS Parent Survey for Families active during 2015

This survey covers involvement in VIPS during the 2015 Calendar Year.  Your responses to this survey will help us know how we are performing in meeting your needs as the parent/caregiver of a young child who is visually impaired. We want to know what we can do to make your involvement with VIPS as positive and successful an experience as possible.  In addition, we use parent survey responses to help us demonstrate to Metro United Way that investment in VIPS is a benefit to your child and family and to our community.
