1. Satisfaction Survey for Individuals
For the past 15 years, Community Living Victoria (CLV) has asked the people,like you,who use our services about their satisfaction with CLV. These surveys give us valuable information about the work that we do. We thank you for helping us out.
In early 2016,you told us that you felt that being treated with respect, being listened to, feeling included in the community and receiving help with personal planning and goals were all areas that we did well. You also said you liked where you were living and the staff who support you.
Some of the areas you indicated that you would like to see improvement in were: wanting to be given more choices and make you own decisions, and having enough money to do the things you would like to do. You also said that you'd like to try some new activities in you community inclusion (day) programs including retirement activities for some of you, and more youth focused activities and assistance in getting a job for others.
