The SMDM is pleased to announce that dependent care scholarships will be available for attendees of its 43rd Annual Meeting which will be held virtually on October 18-20, 2021. SMDM will be awarding four conference attendees up to USD 250 to assist with their child, elder, or partner care ("dependent care") costs in order to participate fully in the meeting. Thank you to all donors for your continued support to the SMDM Dependent Care Scholarship Fund.
Eligibility and Deadline
Eligibility:
Applications are encouraged from individuals who are the primary caregivers for children, a partner, or for an elderly family member who will need caregiver assistance to fully participate in the 43rd Annual Meeting. The policy allows for direct caregiver costs to allow the recipient to participate in the virtual
meeting.
