The 2016 energy law put into place a solid framework for Michigan to achieve a cleaner energy future by focusing on three key areas: renewables, energy efficiency, and new 24/7 energy technologies.

This framework gives Michigan lawmakers, regulators, and local energy providers the flexibility to ensure we are always working toward our larger clean energy goals in the most efficient, cost-effective ways possible.

Tell us what you think—and what you’d like to know more—about Michigan’s energy priorities as we move forward with implementing this landmark framework.
