Pups in the Park Application.

Thank you for showing interest in our Pups in the park events for Hull and East Yorkshire Mind.
This will be held on two dates, July 11th at Pearson Park and August 16th at East Park.
This is an outdoor event.
Ideally you will need your own gazebo and stall.
There will be no electric available.
Here at Hull and East Yorkshire Mind we see the how much our pets benefit our mental health. Through the love and affection and support they give us, to the active lifestyle from walking our pets!
Pups in the park is a fun celebration about how much our animals give to us and they can enjoy a day being in the best doggos!

6.Please describe as best as you can, the items you intend to sell. We use this information to allocate stalls and to ensure we limit duplication. We may follow this up with a request for pictures of your products/stall set up, especially if you have not supplied a valid link to a Facebook page or website(Required.)

9.Although we cannot guarantee you will be featured, we would love to do some socials on the day and tag your business, do we have permission to feature you and your stall?(Required.)
10.Would you be able donate a raffle prize for us to run a raffle on the day as an extra fundraising opportunity?
11.Do you have any accessibility needs or medical needs we should be aware of for your comfort, we will do the very best to accommodate and be mindful.
TC AND CS
· You will need PLI to have a stall and comply to GPSR regulations, please attach this to your booking from email response. We cant consider your product without it.

· If you are selling food products please send your EHO rating/position in being inspected.

· Any electrical items used, although not a legal requirement, ideally should be PAT tested.

· Please consider creating and sending us a Risk assessment of your stall/ table as good practice. We will have one for the event, however we will not have full knowledge of your products and set up. Please do not have any trailing wires or trip hazards behind your stall consider your movement of space around you and members of the public approaching your stall. On the day we will have a check round to see everyone is safe with enough space.

· If you have hired a gazebo from us, we aim to have these up before your arrival but cannot guarantee. Please try not to encroach on others pitches for Fire safety in case of an emergency. Please be considerate of the stalls around you.

· Consider who will be behind your stall, we suggest only 2 people to a 6ft stall. Please bring your own chair. Please do not bring anyone under the age of 16 to help behind your stall.

· Please understand we will not refund pitch fees within 3 weeks of cancelling as we may not be able to fill the space and the money will be donated into the charity.

· We cannot be held responsible for any stock damage.

Useful information :
Timings, set up and closing: We will contact you with Full details on your successful application, predicted timings 9 am load in, to start for 11. then 3. pm close.
Parking, unloading and loading back in: we will contact you with full details on your successful application. This could be staggered allocated unloading times.
WIFI: Will NOT be available, there maybe a variety of open network connections. please consider this for card readers.
Please ensure you have a cash float and your card machine charged.

How to pay for your stall? We will send a payment link on successful application.
Lastly, thank you for taking the time to fill in this Application. We truly believe that animals help our mental wellbeing and this event is to say a big thank you to our unsung heroes! Your stall fee will go towards the continued support funding a multitude of our services such as the crisis pad or the housing we provide.
