Comments should include factual information and supporting documentation when available. Anonymous comments may not be considered. Submission of a public comment does not guarantee that the agency will take action or respond individually to the commenter.
Third-Party Comments

Third-party comments submitted through this form are considered as part of the agency’s accreditation review process.

If the information submitted alleges that an accredited institution has failed to comply with the agency’s accreditation standards or procedures and meets the requirements of the agency’s policy, the agency may process the matter in accordance with its published procedures.

When applicable, the institution will be provided a sufficient opportunity to respond in accordance with agency policy and applicable federal requirements.


Review and Use of Information

The agency will review submitted comments to determine their relevance to the institution’s accreditation review.

Relevant information may be considered during the accreditation process and may be provided, as appropriate and consistent with agency policy, to individuals involved in evaluating the institution.
