Workshop on Using Data to Drive Reform Through Prosecutorial Performance

This workshop invites faculty, staff, and researchers from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) to explore how to develop projects and partnerships that use data to drive reform through prosecutorial performance.
This in-person workshop will be held on June 9, 2022, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, at The Gathering Spot, 384 Northyards Blvd., Atlanta, GA 30313.
Goal: The workshop focuses on developing partnerships between HBCU researchers and local prosecutors to develop data-driven equitable solutions.
Audience: We invite HBCU faculty and researchers with expertise in criminal justice, prosecution, social justice and/or data science. Funding is available for non-local HBCU faculty and researchers.
Product: After the workshop, each attendee will be expected to submit a preliminary proposal on how they will engage with their local prosecutorial office and research questions to investigate.
