Why build a new clubhouse? The current clubhouse at Priory Park is dilapidated and as it stands the building would need extensive costly ongoing maintenance in order to keep serving the community in future years.<img alt="" height="162" src="https://surveymonkey-assets.s3.amazonaws.com/survey/524298619/rte/f1051e7e-5e13-4268-9e5c-8861a158af90.jpg" width="827">

What is the Clubhouse at Priory Park currently used for? 
<ul>
<li>Football teams - all ages and genders</li>
<li>Fitness Classes</li>
<li>Dog Training Classes</li>
<li>Dance Classes</li>
<li>Tai Chi Classes</li>
<li>Pilates Classes</li>
<li>Private parties</li>
<li>Table Tennis</li>
</ul>

Where will the funding come from? To pay for the building we will be obtaining grant funding from external sources and using some Parish Council reserves.

What will the benefits be to having a new building? 
<ul>
<li>Eco-friendly (BREEAM certified) saving on energy costs and reducing environmental impact</li>
<li>Highly efficient building meaning less maintenance costs</li>
<li>Public toilet access including disabled toilet</li>
<li>Lift access to all levels allowing accessibility for all</li>
<li>Further use of the improved routes (Pathways) and facilities (parking) for the area which have already been considered and put in place</li>
<li>Multi-use facility</li>
<li>More community space for people to enjoy different activities in a clean modern environment</li>
<li>Better changing room facilities to include individual showers and toilets</li>
</ul>
