The Human Services Advisory Council (HSAC) Planning Committee is in the process of updating its Priority Populations Plan.

The Priority Populations Plan is updated periodically to determine where and for whom services are needed. The plan is used to design cross-system, collaborative service configurations to more efficiently meet the needs of the community, determine a course of action to meet emerging needs, pursue new funding opportunities, and anticipate future needs.

This survey is designed to gather information from residents and stakeholders regarding services in Ocean County.

All the information collected through this survey will be analyzed by our Planning Committee and included in the Ocean County Priority Populations Plan. No sensitive or confidential information will be collected in this survey. Responses can be made anonymously.
