We would like to take a moment to introduce ourselves and provide some insight on the executive search we are commencing with Fleming College for their new President.

This undertaking by Fleming College represents important leadership change for everyone within and connected to the college – in the communities of Peterborough, Lindsay, Haliburton and Cobourg. Therefore, we are seeking your insight to establish the mandate, key characteristics, attributes, and experiences we should be identifying in candidates for the position. We will ensure complete confidentiality of all respondents - we report only "what was said" not "who said what".
