Thank you for your interest in partnering with the HealthPartners Community Health & Partnerships team! Our department supports numerous community programs and initiatives:

  • The PowerUp initiative makes it easy and fun for everyone to eat better, move more and live healthier lives.
  • Make It OK is a community campaign to reduce the stigma of mental health and illnesses.
  • Little Moments Count is a statewide movement to help parents, caregivers and the community understand the importance of talking, playing, reading and singing early and often with children.
  • The HealthPartners Teen Leadership Council develops the next generation of resilient leaders by amplifying youth voices and giving youth a platform to make change in their communities.
While we would love to say "yes" to all requests, we will review and prioritize each request to ensure we are using our resources well and aligning them with the goals of our initiatives. We ask that requests are submitted at least 3 weeks in advance. We will do our very best to honor your request or provide alternative resources, as necessary.
