- 2-Day In-Person Retreat (Early Nov or Dec 2025, Carmel or Sonoma)
- Meals (except dinner on night 2) and materials provided; lodging not included
- 2 Virtual Cohort Sessions (December 2025 and January 2026)
- Email support throughout the season
- Closing Circle (Virtual, February 2026)
- Corporate participants: 1 private coaching session (60 min)
