Power Camp is an intimate, high-impact leadership intensive and cohort experience designed to help you strengthen clarity, alignment, and steadiness as your scope and responsibility expand.
As roles evolve and expectations increase, many leaders find themselves operating in greater complexity, often without a clear way to align their thinking, decisions, and execution at the level required.
Power Camp creates space to step back, reflect, and work directly on how you lead, decide, and operate, including how your experience translates into your next phase of leadership.
This winter’s focus, Lead with Responsibility, invites you to examine how you act in complex environments and how you carry responsibility as your scope and impact expand.

Individual Leadership Project
Throughout the experience, you will work on a focused individual project aligned to your current role and next phase of growth. This may include:
- strengthening how you lead and make decisions in complex environments
- clarifying your direction and leadership priorities
- translating your experience into clear career positioning using the Career Navigator
- refining how your work connects to broader organizational impact
This work is supported through guided reflection, small group sessions, and 1:1 coaching.

Who This Is For
Power Camp is designed for leaders whose scope is expanding, often into more complex, cross-functional, or strategic roles, and who want to strengthen how they operate, communicate, and lead at that level.
