Poster Submission Form

Guidelines for Poster Presentation
  • Preference will be given to presentations that highlight themes relating to contemporary and compassionate approaches to supporting people with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Poster Size: 3' x4' (oriented vertically or horizontally)
  • Easels and hard-backed boards will be provided at the conference site:
    • Poster presenters will be assigned an easel number in advance via email.
  • Poster information should include:
    • Name
    • Poster Title
    • Affiliation
    • Background Information
    • Procedure
    • Results and Data
    • Discussion
  • Poster Design
    • Font: Readable from 4' away
    • Organize your poster so that the main points are clear and easy to find
    • Please spell out acronyms
  • A presenter will be expected to stand with their poster for the entirety of the session.
