The Portage Public Schools leaders have contracted with an external evaluation team from CMSi to complete a Curriculum Audit, a comprehensive evaluation of the school district's work in delivering learning to students. The team will be on site February 2-5. The audit team will visit schools during that time and will be conducting interviews during the week. However, the team will not have the opportunity to speak with everyone in the district. We would like to use the following survey to gather input from as many people as possible. Please take a few minutes to complete this survey so your opinion can be represented.
All answers will remain anonymous, and survey information is only reported from all respondents together, not from individuals. Please complete this survey by 11:59pm on Friday, February 6, at which time the survey will no longer be available.
