The El Paso Museum of Archaeology is pleased to announce our 2026 Poppies Fest event taking place March 13th- 15th, 2026!
Poppies Fest Market Hours:
Friday, March 13th, 2026:
5:00 pm- 9:00 pm
Saturday, March 14th, 2026:
10:00 am- 8:00 pm
Sunday, March 15th, 2026:
10:00 am- 2:00 pm
APPLICATION INFORMATION
To apply for participation as a vendor for Poppies Fest, please submit your application by February 15th, at 5:00 PM MST.
Participants will be selected by a collaborative panel of judges and notified via email. Vendors will be required to maintain their booths operational for the full duration of the event. Additional logistics, maps, and instructions will be distributed via email after acceptance.
We are seeking to feature original arts & crafts and small family-owned businesses that highlight and celebrate Castner Range Monument as well as our flora and fauna. We are especially seeking handmade items that highlight the Mexican Golden Poppy.
We are unable to accept vendor applications from franchise, corporate and large businesses.
FEES and PERMIT NOTICE
General City of El Paso Vendor Permits are not necessary as the event includes permitting.
Vendor Fee: $150
If accepted, vendor due date will be March 6th, 2026. (You will receive a later email regarding acceptance and payment.)
Food Cottage Vendors: Must have their food handlers up to date.
