Pomfret POCD Update

Thank You for Your Input!

We sincerely thank you for participating in the Town of Pomfret’s Plan of Conservation & Development (POCD) Community Input Survey!

The POCD is our community’s shared vision—a roadmap that will guide how Pomfret grows and thrives over the next 10 years. The Town of Pomfret POCD Steering Committee is currently working to update this important plan, as required by state statutes. Our last POCD update was in 2016, and a lot has changed since then!

This update is a powerful opportunity for Pomfret to reimagine its goals, priorities, and direction—building on the foundation of the 2016 POCD and incorporating insights from the Pomfret Affordable Housing Plan completed in 2022.

We’re excited to hear from residents like you, and we invite you to stay involved in shaping Pomfret’s future!
Learn more and find out how to get involved by visiting our POCD Update page:
