How do you imagine the City of Westover in the next 5 to 10 years? What issues are you currently facing as a resident that need to be addressed to achieve your vision for the future? The City of Westover has contracted with the planners at the Regional Planning Commission of Greater Birmingham (RPCGB) to create a Comprehensive Plan for the City’s future. The plan is intended to act as a “roadmap” to develop specific strategies and actions that will address issues regarding land use, future growth and development, economic development, housing, community services and transportation.
