Gardendale Comprehensive Plan | Visioning Survey

How do you imagine the City of Gardendale in 5 to 10 years from now? What issues are you currently facing as a resident that need to be addressed to achieve your vision for the future? The City of Gardendale has contracted with the planners at the Regional Planning Commission of Greater Birmingham to create a Comprehensive Plan for the City’s future. The plan is intended to act as a blueprint to develop specific strategies and actions that will address issues regarding land use, future growth and development, transportation, housing, and infrastructure and public services.
