Hazard Mitigation Tribal Member Survey #1

The Pit River Tribe is in the process of developing its first Hazard Mitigation Plan. The Hazard Mitigation Plan identifies the types of disasters and emergencies that the Tribal community may experience within the 100-mile square boundaries and builds a strategy to reduce our community's risk to those events.

Key to the planning process is ensuring that the voices of Tribal members are heard and incorporated into the plan and this survey is one mechanism to gather feedback from the community.

Thank you in advance for taking the time to complete the survey and share your experience and thoughts on how hazard could impact the Tribal community.
