Pima County is creating incentives in 3 areas to support community revitalization and investment. The goals of creating these Infill Incentive Districts is to offer regulatory relief and financial resources to:

Promote and create community-based jobs
Encourage market driven revitalization for local residents, businesses, and property owners
Attract potential investors and developers.

We’d like to capture your opinions and feedback on the Infill Incentive Districts efforts. This information will assist policy and decision makers and Pima County create successful regulatory incentives and grant programs that will benefit our community.
