Pima County is creating incentives in 3 areas to support community revitalization and investment.  The goals of creating these Infill Incentive Districts is to offer regulatory relief and financial resources to:
  1. Promote and create community-based jobs
  2. Encourage market driven revitalization for local residents, businesses, and property owners
  3. Attract potential investors and developers.
