Allocation Request for USDA Pilot Program for School Year 2026-2027 Survey

Directions:

The USDA Pilot Project for Unprocessed Fresh Fruits and Vegetables (Pilot/Pilot Program) is an option for schools to utilize their United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) entitlement.

In order to participate in the Pilot Program:

- Pilot Program Guidance Memo must be completed.
- Schools must properly procure the produce/vendor.

Please be advised of a change to this year’s Pilot program:

Your beginning allocations will represent the total funds available to you for the entire year.

This means:

1. Your initial allocations will be the total funds available to you for the entire year.

2. OGS will not be accepting increase requests throughout the year.

3. When allocating your funds to specific vendors, plan for the whole year as funds will not be added.

Approved allocation requests will be entered into WBSCM and will appear in the 'DoD Fresh' column on your Entitlement/Bonus Summary Report in WBSCM.
