Welcome to the 2019-2020 Fall FFC8 parent survey! We hope you will participate in this short survey to provide feedback on your child’s education.

After the survey closes, the DAAC committee and DAAC chairperson will report findings publicly but only with overall results and themes from comment answers. No individual answers will be included in reports. If you answer “no” or “disagree” to any of the survey questions, we encourage you to give some additional feedback in the comment boxes provided.
