This is a short survey to register your interest in the Cytotoxic Preparation Course at Peter Mac.

After you are offered a place in the course, an invoice will be sent to you. Full payment is required within 30 days of receipt of the invoice. Failure to pay within that time may result in your place in the course being forfeited.
The cytotoxic preparation course is run at Peter Mac six times a year. It runs over 5 consecutive days. Eligible participants are pharmacists or pharmacy technicians. The course covers the theory and practical aspects of preparing these drugs in cytotoxic drug safety cabinets in cytotoxic aseptic suites. Participants undergo a series of evaluations at the end of the course.
The course is very popular, and as such we have an extensive waiting list. We give preference to Victorian and Australian employees of public and private hospitals. The course fee is $1980 incl GST.
