Public Comment Survey for Pepperell Cable Television

Charter Communications/Spectrum is Pepperell's cable television provider. Their 10-year licensing agreement with the Town expires in October 2021, and the Town is now preparing to negotiate a license renewal. Pepperell's Cable Television Advisory Committee is looking for input from Pepperell residents, both current cable subscribers and non-subscribers, to assess past and present performance of television services provided by Charter, and to assess our community needs and interests in future services.

Your responses to this survey will help us identify important issues of concern to Pepperell residents that we can address with Charter in the upcoming negotiations.
