Community Survey

The City of Peoria has contracted with GovHR USA Consultants to assist with the recruitment of the next Chief of Police for our City. We are seeking input from our community stakeholders to assist us with this especially important process. Your response to this survey will assist us in identifying key characteristics, skills, traits, and issues that we can use in our review of applicants to provide Peoria with a group of candidates that would be the best qualified and best "fit" for the position. Consequently, we would welcome your responses to the following questions.
