For purposes of this study, please think of a third-party logistics provider (3PL) as one that provides or manages one or more supply chain services for its customers. Example 3PL's include firms
such as CEVA Logistics, DB Schenker, DHL, Kuehne + Nagel, Penske, Schneider Logistics, Toll, and UPS Supply Chain Solutions. Also, you may think of a lead logistics provider (LLP) or fourth-party logistics provider (4PL) as one that may manage multiple logistics providers or orchestrate broader aspects of a customer’s supply chain.
All survey responses will be kept in confidence and will not be used for any purpose other than the compilation of the research results.
