An important part of the long range planning process for the Pendleton County Public Library is to get input from you, our patrons. Input from our customers is critical to helping us evaluate the current library and plan for the future. By completing this survey now you will help the Director and Trustees better understand the library from your perspective.
Please complete the following questions to help us find the strengths, weaknesses and opportunities for the Library. As you work on each section think of strengths as tools to help us overcome our weaknesses. Weaknesses are opportunities in the making. Opportunities will help us set goals for the future.
It is very important that you participate and give honest and constructive feedback. This survey is entirely confidential unless you add your name in the content section.
We will collate the answers into one list and review them with the Director and the Board. The objective is to select 3-5 strategic goals for the library over the next 3-5 years.
