Project Pelican is an initiative of Central Coast Council to raise awareness of our magnificent Tuggerah Lakes, some of the challenges in its management and actions that we can all do to improve the sustainability of this ecosystem.

Eight high schools located in the catchment of Tuggerah Lakes participated in the project - learning about some of the issues for the lakes system and actions that we can all take.

We invite you to submit your "People's Choice" for the most outstanding pelican. 

You will then go in the draw for a number of Family Annual Passes to visit the Central Coast Marine Discovery Centre, located at Terrigal

People's Choice entries are open until 30 November 2022. Winners will be advised in early December.
