NASBP Peer Group Feedback Form

NASBP is exploring the idea of hosting peer groups to facilitate camaraderie and knowledge sharing regarding surety business environments and practices. The peer groups would be open to employees of NASBP surety bond agencies.

A peer group would be a group of bonding professionals who meet on a regular basis to confidentially share their current issues and opportunities, exchanging insights and helping each other to grow and succeed. These groups, typically 4 to 8 individuals, will problem solve, ideate, and inform; learning from each other and thus strengthening and growing their businesses.

These intentionally planned groups would allow like-minded peers to freely share ideas, best practices, and learning experiences with each other. These groups, however, would not be for the purpose of establishing formal business alliances where peers share commercial information or market themselves to one another.

NASBP is interested to know if you would be interested in participating in these types of groups and what you would want to see if these groups are created.

Please complete the form below; your answers will remain anonymous.
