2026 NaRCAD Peer Connection Application

So many detailing programs are small but mighty. In fact, many times, a program only has 1 or 2 detailers on staff. Our Peer Connection Program builds community across the globe, curating 1:1 matches, so that fewer detailers are working in isolation.

Now in our 7th year, our program offers a space to convene, share creative approaches, and ask for the help you need. No matter what size your program is, we're glad you're applying! You'll feel more connected to the work you do, and to the vibrant community of detailers who ignite behavior change every day.

We encourage you to include as much narrative as possible when answering the questions below. Your responses will enable us to match you with a peer for enriching and meaningful discussions. Registration closes on March 13, 2026. We'll be in touch!

What You'll Need to Apply:

Experience: At least 1 year of AD experience as a detailer and/or program manager
Commitment: 6 hours across 6 months (April-October 2026, including 3x Interactive Virtual Events!)
Creativity & Leadership Skills: The ability to think outside the box, problem-solve, & co-lead!
