What does the survey cover?
Salary and merit projections, equity practices, compensation strategies, AI compensation, pay transparency, and severance practices.
When will results be available?
We plan to share results in late September. Participants who submit a complete survey by September 9 will receive the full summary report at no cost.
Is there a cost to participate?
There is NO cost to participate in this survey, and all Pave Data Lab members who submit a complete questionnaire by September 9 will receive our full summary report at no cost.
Are responses confidential?
Yes. Responses will remain confidential and results will be reported only in aggregated and anonymized form. The final report will include a list of companies participating.
Do I need to complete the survey to receive the results?
Yes. A complete submission by September 9 is required to receive the full summary report. Select findings may also be shared publicly following the survey.
