Dear Patient

Using your feedback, we're making some changes to AskMyGP. We want to keep AskMyGP open longer so you can get help when you need it.

We first tested this at Staploe Medical Centre in Feb 2025 and have made similar changes at Haddenham and Cathedral over November and December 2025. We hope you are already seeing a difference to how easily you can seek help.

This survey is anonymous - we won't know who filled it in. We have asked a few optional questions at the end. This helps us show that we have heard from our whole patient community.
