This questionnaire is part of a national review, with the support of the Department of Health, NHS England, and professonal bodies including the IBMS, ACB and RCPath. The review was triggered by a series of events, including problems in quality management in pathology, and we are looking specifically at training and training needs in quality.
The results are a really good opportunity to help us understand what staff are undertaking and what they know about quality assurance and what training they have had in quality management.
