Primary Care Pathology First User Survey

Dear Laboratory User,

Pathology First is carrying out this survey to gain an understanding of the levels of satisfaction amongst GPs, Practice Managers and clinical teams using the service.  We invite you to participate in this short survey and welcome your feedback. The information provided will be invaluable in the improvement and development of our services. 

The core of the survey is 12 questions with tick box answers. It is based on a set of questions provided by the Royal College of Pathologists and should take about four minutes to complete. You have the option to provide free text comments at the end. Thank you for taking part in our survey.
