Introduction
The Digital Maturity Quick-scan is a mini-survey of 27 questions dedicated to scan the current status/level of digital maturity of organizations working in International Development Cooperation.
It will take you less than 15 minutes to fill in this survey.
About
The digital maturity scan is adapted from the Principles for Digital Development and provides insight in where Partos members currently stand with respect to inclusive, responsible and 'smart' use of data and digitalisation. It does not accurately assess the level of maturity within your organisations, but gives a broad picture of how conductive or not your organisation is in terms of digital maturity.
This survey assesses if your organisation is committed to the follow.

How to?
- The survey questions should be answered from the perspective of the organization, and its management approach on Digitalization. It is not an exercise to test your individual competence.
- We expect you to fill out this survey only once within your organization.
- (If you do not know) you are encouraged to involve your team and/or colleagues responsible for the digitalization work when answering the questions.
- There are no right or wrong answers, the scan merely provides a comparative framework to situate your organization in the different stages of maturity.
Results
Use these results to help identify the areas you have developed and others which you can strengthen. The Principles for Digital Development provide plenty tools to help you. Your results will be shared to Partos, which will keep your data confidential, anonymous and protected. Partos will use the outcomes of the scan for a baseline to monitor & evaluate progress of our work on Data & Digitalization. The results will give a bigger picture of the state of Digitalization in the NGO sector and will help us to provide insights on how Partos can better support its members in elevating the level of digital maturity.
