Risks and Causes Survey

The Part 135 sector risk profile (SRP) revealed a number of risk areas. The next step is to understand why these risks exist, and identify possible risk treatments and treatment owners. The project team is sending you this survey to help inform this next step in the SRP process, which will take place in workshop(s) proposed for the sector in October 2017. The survey seeks your views on why the risks exist, and asks you to list up to three reasons for each of them. It includes an 'open response' option at the end for you to add any further risks that you believe should be addressed in the Sector Risk Profile workshop.
