Park Hop Passport 2016

Thank you for participating in Park Hop 2016! This survey allows you to fill in answers for the clues you have completed on the Park Hop paper passport. This should be filled out once you have visited all the parks that you and your family wanted to complete for the summer - it can be as few or as many parks as you wanted (reminder: minimum of 5 parks visited for a guaranteed prize at the Closing Celebration).  

One survey can be completed per family! We ask for information on the number of children participating per family on the last page of the survey to account for multiple children participating per family/passport. Each question represents the passport clues in order that they are listed on the paper passport.
