The Columbus Division of Parking Services is committed to providing accessible, equitable and predictable transportation and parking options for all residents, guests and visitors. In an effort to understand your challenges and make parking better in the Downtown, we want your feedback!

Parking Services will award $50 Parking Smart Gift Cards to 10 lucky participants who complete the survey. Parking Smart Gift Cards can be used at any City of Columbus parking meter to pay for parking. To participate, enter your email address when requested and complete the survey by December 6, 2019. Winning participants will be notified by email. Please note, City of Columbus employees are not eligible to participate in the drawing for the Parking Smart Gift Card.
