The purpose of this survey is to measure the level of awareness of the Malden Public School’s current drug and alcohol related policies among parents/guardians of students, so that we can learn how to better provide you with information. This survey is anonymous; no personal or identifying information will be collected. By filling out this survey, you agree to provide truthful information.
