Thank you for your interest in the Parent & Youth Opinions study that PRC is managing. If your child is eligible and you agree to give them permission to participate, they will receive $100 as a thank you for completing a web interview. The interview will last about one hour, and you will need to be present at the beginning of the interview in order to give permission for your child to participate and launch the Zoom meeting. After you give permission for your child to participate and launch the Zoom meeting, you will be asked to leave the room during the interview itself. You will receive $15 as compensation for your time to coordinate the interview of your child.
ATTENTION PARENTS: Please have your child, age 12-17, nearby to complete their portion of the pre-survey to see if they qualify to participate. There are pre-survey questions your child needs to answer directly. If your child pre-qualifies, a recruiter will call you and your child to review your responses.

As with all PRC Corp studies, participants are booked on a first come first serve basis. Not all participants who complete this pre-questionnaire will qualify for this study, nor will everyone receive a callback. Please do not call in reference to this study.
