Upon completion and submission of this order form - your materials will be packaged and shipped. Allow 10-14 days for delivery of your testing materials. Watch for follow-up emails regarding barcodes, your Order for Scoring Services (OSS) and return UPS labels. All materials must be received at Riverside scoring no later than May 22, 2026.
