Region XII Council of Governments, is preparing a housing needs assessment for the City of Panora. The housing needs assessment is an analysis of the housing stock, as well as programs within the community to determine which aspects need improvement and which areas are meeting needs. Part of the planning process includes a public opinion survey. Completing the following survey will help to identify housing strengths and weaknesses in the community.
The following survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. None of the information you provide will be used to identify you, this is a completely anonymous survey.
Paper copies of this survey are available at the Panora City Hall, Panora Library, Panora Telco, and local banks. Completed paper copy surveys may be returned to Panora City Hall or to Region XII COG at the address below.
