YBPS P&C 'Just One Thing'

One of the things that make Yanchep Beach Primary School such a great place is our active, friendly, school community. We want to make sure every family (especially the 67 families new to our school) has the opportunity to get involved. Volunteering at school is a great way to meet new people and make friends.  Your kids also get a kick out of seeing mum/dad/grandparents or any other of their special people at school.

We have 780 students  attending Yanchep Beach Primary School this year. We would be extremely grateful if every family could nominate to do ‘just one thing’.

Below is a list of ‘things’ that we would appreciate your assistance with.  (This doesn’t mean you are expected to be there every week.  For example, just one morning a term in the canteen or one afternoon a term in the uniform shop is so very helpful and involves more volunteers in our school community.)                                                                                                                  

Please tick one box (or more if you wish) and place your contact details on the last page. Then return your letter to the school office by Wednesday 8th March so that we can collate the responses. When the time comes, someone from our P&C will contact you regarding participation.

COMMITTEES, MEETINGS AND BOARDS

Attend P&C Meetings (2 per term)
Attend subcommittee meetings (canteen, fundraising)
