Request for Proposals

On behalf of the Michigan Oral Health Coalition, we invite you to submit a conference session proposal for the 2018 Michigan Oral Health Conference scheduled May 17-18 in East Lansing, Michigan. The Coalition seeks proposals for workshops addressing innovative programs, research, access to care, medical-dental integration, community engagement and oral health literacy.

Please complete the below form for consideration. You will be asked to indicate your preference for a 60 or 120 minute workshop; however, the final decision on program format will be made by the Continuing Education Committee.

Speaker Funding Guidelines
Funds are not available through Michigan Oral Health Coalition to support member speaker travel. The Coalition will consider paying an honorarium to non-members depending on proposed conference topic. 

Audio/Visual Guidelines
For each session, the Coalition will supply a stand up or table podium, lapel microphone(s) as appropriate for room size, screen, laptop computer, LCD projector, internet access and a table for materials.

Conference Registration and Fees
All speakers must register online for the conference even if he/she is only attending the day of their presentation. If a speaker only plans to attend the conference at the time of his/her presentation, the registration fee is waived.
