VA Mobile Crisis Response Symposium - Registration

We invite you to register for one of the three VA Mobile Crisis Response sessions, scheduled to be conducted virtually on the following dates and times:

  • Wednesday, August 14th, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM EST
  • Thursday, September 12th, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM EST
  • Tuesday, October 8th, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM EST
Please note that all three sessions will cover identical content. Therefore, you/your team need only attend one of the three offerings.

Kindly complete one registration per team. You will have the opportunity to list the names and emails of all additional attendees from your site later in the survey. Please indicate your preferred session and attendance status using the registration form below.
